Delivery Information

Below are the delivery services we can offer.  Please call us if you require a specific courier service or provider.  All delivery times are quoted as estimates only. Orders are usually dispatched same day, depending the time of order, orders after 3.30pm may not be counted as same day.

Deliveries are dispatched Monday to Friday. (excluding Saturday & Sunday & UK bank holidays)

UNITED KINGDOM (UK)

Royal Mail

We can send out 1st & 2nd class parcels up to 2kg.

UK Mainland

1st Class Jiffy post – Delivery 1-3 Working days

2nd Class Jiffy post – Delivery 2-5 Working days

Free express delivery on orders with a net value over £100.00 (UK Mainland only)

 

Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands & Channel Islands - Incoterms - DAP (delivered at place)

1st Class Jiffy post – Delivery 1-3 Working days

2nd Class Jiffy post – Delivery 2-4 Working days

All our orders are sent in a secure jiffy bag.  If you are ordering anything which may be damaged in the post we would recommend you use one of our courier services.

You will be able to track the status of your order by visiting Your Account, signing in and clicking on Order History. We will also send you an email at each stage of the process, i.e. when the order is placed and when the order has been dispatched.

Royal Mail 1st & 2nd class parcels cannot be tracked.

 

FedEx / UPS

We can offer 4 next day services within the UK. (Excludes Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands & Channel Islands)

Express – Delivery next day by 6pm

Express 12 – Delivery next day by 12pm

Express 10 – Delivery next day by 10am

Express 9 – Delivery next day by 9am

You will be able to track your FedEx/UPS order by visiting Your Account, signing in and clicking on Order History. We will also send you an email at each stage of the process, i.e. when the order is placed and when the order has been dispatched.

Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands & Channel Islands express is a 2 day service.

 

EUROPE

Royal Mail - Incoterms - DAP (delivered at place)

We can send Royal Mail International Signed for service parcels up to 2kg.

Orders are sent via Royal Mail to all European destinations.  Once the order has left the UK it will be handed over to the respective countries postal service for delivery.

Usual transit time is 2-5 days but is dependent upon your local postal service.

All our orders are sent tracked & signed for in a secure jiffy bag.  If you are ordering anything which may be damaged in the post we would recommend you use one of our courier services.

We can ship Express & Economy services to Europe, please see our European transit time for delivery.
