The UCFL series flange unit bearings are also know as Self Lube units. The bearing insert has a spherical outside diameter and is fitted into a cast iron housing, this allows the bearing to accommodate misalignment. The bearing insert is sealed and pre-greased and has 2 grub screws to lock the bearing to the shaft. The cast iron housing can simply be bolted into place and has a grease nipple to facilitate re-lubrication. The bearing insert can be removed from the housings for future replacement with no need to replace the housing.

Returns are accepted within a 90-day period, and goods will only be accepted if the following criteria is met:
- Goods are still in the original, undamaged, and unopened packaging.
- The item has not been used, fitted, modified, or damaged.
- You have notified us no later than 90 days since receipt of goods.
Any products or quantities that have been sourced specifically to complete your order will be exempt from our standard returns policy and will be subject to handling charges. The rate of the handling charge is dependent on our suppliers’ current rates.
Products such as timing belts and ribbed belts that have been cut to your specification are also exempt from our standard returns policy.
Products that are ordered in error can also be returned, however the incurred costs for shipping will not be refunded.
Once inspection of goods has been carried out, a refund issued to the payment method used to make the initial purchase.
