Additional Features:
1). Nylicon flexible gear couplings, types X600, are available in three sizes and are ideal for small power drives with bore sizes up to 55mm (2.25") diameter, and a basic rated torque up to 463 Nm.
2). Thermosetting plastic sleeves provide non-conductive assemblies.Staggered internal teeth ensure uniform loading and an internal central buffer ring between the two hubs promote axial location, giving protection to the gear teeth.
3). Nylicon flexible gear couplings compensate for all types of shaft misalignment and allow a small amount of end float. Nylicon couplings are easy to assemble and require no maintenance, giving a low-cost reliable service under the most arduous conditions of weather, atmospheric pollution and humidity.
4). Nylicon flexible gear couplings are provided with a pilot bore, allowing the customer to finish machine bores and keyways to special requirements, or supplied with standard bores and keyway (upon request). Each size of coupling can have any combination of pilot and/or standard bores. Socket set screws and setting gauges can also be supplied.

Returns are accepted within a 90-day period, and goods will only be accepted if the following criteria is met:
- Goods are still in the original, undamaged, and unopened packaging.
- The item has not been used, fitted, modified, or damaged.
- You have notified us no later than 90 days since receipt of goods.
Any products or quantities that have been sourced specifically to complete your order will be exempt from our standard returns policy and will be subject to handling charges. The rate of the handling charge is dependent on our suppliers’ current rates.
Products such as timing belts and ribbed belts that have been cut to your specification are also exempt from our standard returns policy.
Products that are ordered in error can also be returned, however the incurred costs for shipping will not be refunded.
Once inspection of goods has been carried out, a refund issued to the payment method used to make the initial purchase.
