⁽²⁾ Consult your Timken engineer for instructions on use or review the Timken Engineering Manual on timken.com/catalogs.
⁽³⁾ Based on 90 x 10⁶ revolutions L₁₀ life, for The Timken Company life-calculation method. C₉₀ and Cₐ₉₀ are radial and thrust values.
⁽⁴⁾ Negative value indicates effective center inside cone (inner-ring) backface.
⁽⁵⁾ These maximum fillet radii will be cleared by the bearing corners.
⁽⁶⁾ Negative value indicates cage extends beyond cone (inner-ring) backface.
⁽⁷⁾ Negative value indicates cage that does not extend beyond cone (inner-ring) front face.

TS Type Timken Tapered Roller Bearings represent a class of precision-engineered bearings designed and manufactured by The Timken Company, a globally recognised leader in the bearing industry. The "TS" designation refers to "single-row," indicating that these bearings consist of a single row of tapered rollers set within an inner and outer race assembly. This design allows TS Type bearings to efficiently handle both radial and axial loads in a wide range of industrial applications.

Key features of TS Type Timken Tapered Roller Bearings include their tapered roller design, which facilitates the distribution of loads along the length of the rollers. This tapered configuration minimises friction, enhancing the bearings' durability and longevity. The inner and outer races are carefully matched to optimise performance under varying operating conditions.

TS Type bearings find application in a diverse array of industries, including automotive, construction, and industrial machinery. They are commonly used in gearboxes, wheel hubs, and other critical components where precision and reliability are paramount. The versatility of TS Type Timken Tapered Roller Bearings makes them suitable for a broad spectrum of applications, contributing to their widespread adoption in the manufacturing sector.

Manufactured with Timken's commitment to quality and precision, these bearings undergo rigorous testing and quality control procedures. High-quality materials and advanced manufacturing techniques are employed to ensure consistent and reliable performance under demanding conditions.

Engineers and manufacturers favour TS Type Timken Tapered Roller Bearings for their dependability, versatility, and adherence to industry standards. Whether used in standard machinery or custom applications, these bearings play a crucial role in maintaining the efficiency and longevity of various mechanical systems. Timken's reputation for innovation and excellence further solidifies the trust in TS Type Tapered Roller Bearings for meeting the evolving needs of industries around the world.
